Contre le compte personnel d\u2019activit\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Par Aur\u00e9lien Casta, Ma\u00ebl Dif-Pradalier, Bernard Friot, Jean-Pascal Higel\u00e9,&nbsp;Claire Viv\u00e8s<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;Les notes de l\u2019IES \u2013 n\u00b040 \u2013 avril 2016<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le r\u00e9cent projet de loi \u00ab El Khomri \u00bb apporte des \u00e9l\u00e9ments suppl\u00e9mentaires quant au contenu du compte personnel d\u2019activit\u00e9 (CPA), il ne change rien \u00e0 la logique qui l\u2019anime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente note (Casta et alii, 2016), les auteurs ont montr\u00e9 que ces droits attach\u00e9s non plus au poste de travail mais au parcours professionnel sont destin\u00e9s \u00e0 permettre aux individus d\u2019\u00eatre en permanence employables et restent de fait soumis aux exigences du march\u00e9 du travail.
