Jean-Paul Domin, \u00e9conomiste de la sant\u00e9, montre la cons\u00e9quence de cette \u00e9volution&nbsp;: alors que l\u2019assurance-maladie ob\u00e9it \u00e0 une logique salariale de mutualisation transversale aux emplois et aux entreprises, le march\u00e9 des compl\u00e9mentaires rel\u00e8ve, lui, d\u2019une logique de l\u2019emploi, avec de fortes disparit\u00e9s entre ch\u00f4meurs et occup\u00e9s, entre cadres et employ\u00e9s, entre petites et grandes entreprises. L\u2019assurance maladie, quand elle se d\u00e9tache du salaire socialis\u00e9, d\u00e9pend davantage de l\u2019emploi.
