Un moyen de relancer la n\u00e9gociation collective europ\u00e9enne ?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">par Anne Dufresne<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les Notes de l\u2019IES \u2013 n\u00b011 \u2013 mars 2010<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>En 1997, l\u2019affaire \u00ab\u00a0Vilvorde\u00a0\u00bb (la fermeture brutale d\u2019une filiale de l\u2019entreprise Renault sans qu\u2019aient \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9s les dispositifs l\u00e9gaux d\u2019information\/consultation des travailleurs) \u00e9tait devenue le symbole d\u2019un patronat prompt \u00e0 d\u00e9localiser dans des filiales o\u00f9 les salaires et les conditions de travail sont plus bas. L\u2019Euro\u2010manifestation de la CES contre la fermeture du site avait r\u00e9unit 75.000 personnes \u00e0 Bruxelles venant de dix pays d\u2019Europe. Cette mobilisation syndicale europ\u00e9enne avait \u00e9t\u00e9 fortement m\u00e9diatis\u00e9e. Pourtant, la n\u00e9gociation collective europ\u00e9enne \u00e0 quelque niveau que ce soit restait en panne.
