Nouvelles in\u00e9galit\u00e9s \u00e9tudiantes et concurrence universitaire en Grande-Bretagne"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">par Aur\u00e9lien Casta<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les notes de l\u2019IES \u2013 n\u00b010 \u2013 f\u00e9vrier 2010<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Jusqu\u2019aux ann\u00e9es 1980, l\u2019universit\u00e9 britannique accueillait une minorit\u00e9 dans des conditions relativement homog\u00e8nes d\u2019\u00e9tudes gratuites et \u00e0 temps plein.<br>Les conservateurs depuis 1987 et surtout les travaillistes depuis 1997 ont men\u00e9 une politique volontariste d\u2019expansion accompagn\u00e9e d\u2019une double rupture\u00a0: les bourses ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9es par des pr\u00eats cependant que les frais d\u2019inscription \u00e9taient plus que doubl\u00e9s dans une logique de mise en concurrence des \u00e9tablissements pour attirer les \u00e9tudiants.
