Si le refus de la CFTC et la CGC de signer l\u2019accord est un fait exceptionnel qui pose question en soi, sur le fond, l\u2019accord s\u2019inscrit au contraire dans la continuit\u00e9 de l\u2019histoire r\u00e9cente de l\u2019indemnisation du ch\u00f4mage, contre la socialisation du salaire acquise dans les premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es de l\u2019Unedic. Ainsi, malgr\u00e9 les perspectives sombres en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi, l\u2019accord Unedic 2008 continue d\u2019enfermer le droit \u00e0 ressources des ch\u00f4meurs dans les canons du salaire diff\u00e9r\u00e9.
