Il s\u2019agirait l\u00e0 d\u2019une question de justice sociale selon un r\u00e9cent rapport d\u2019Antoine Bozio et Thomas Piketty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nicolas Castel montre que ce rapport participe d\u2019une id\u00e9ologie contestable \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153uvre dans les derni\u00e8res r\u00e9formes des retraites&nbsp;: celle de la \u00ab&nbsp;contributivit\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb.<br>Selon cette id\u00e9ologie, les pensions de retraite doivent \u00eatre appr\u00e9hend\u00e9es comme un revenu diff\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette logique, qui veut que chacun r\u00e9cup\u00e8re ce qu\u2019il a pr\u00e9alablement mis de c\u00f4t\u00e9, est un mythe qui n\u2019ob\u00e9it qu\u2019\u00e0 une exigence id\u00e9ologique. D\u2019un point de vue \u00e9conomique, nos cotisations d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui ne d\u00e9terminent en rien nos pensions de demain.<br>On peut s\u2019interroger sur l\u2019id\u00e9al de justice port\u00e9 par cette individualisation des retraites. Est-il si juste d\u2019\u00e9galiser contributions et pensions sur l\u2019ensemble du cycle de vie de chacun, singeant ainsi la capitalisation pour \u00ab&nbsp;sauver&nbsp;\u00bb les retraites par r\u00e9partition&nbsp;? Comment l\u00e9gitimer les crit\u00e8res selon lesquels serait calcul\u00e9 le \u00ab&nbsp;co\u00fbt&nbsp;\u00bb de la retraite de chacun&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une autre logique a pr\u00e9valu depuis l\u2019apr\u00e8s-guerre&nbsp;: celle de la pension comme poursuite du salaire au-del\u00e0 du d\u00e9part \u00e0 la retraite.
